Minimum Driver Requirements
- Must have a Professional Attitude
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Must have valid Class A CDL
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable tractor/trailer experience within the last 5 years
- Must have Good Driving Record
- Must have no DUI convictions within the past 5 years
- Must Pass D.O.T. Pre-Employment Physical and Drug Screen
- Must pass training / orientation requirements, including a road test

Owner-Operator Requirements
- License and I.R.P. Must Be in Same Name
- Copy of the Past Year's Form 2290 Paid in Full
- Copy of Tractor Registration, Title and Certificate of Insurance
- Copy of Trailer Registration (if applicable)
- Copy of Workmen's Compensation Certificate (if applicable)
- $1,000,000 Deadhead and Liability Insurance
- About $100 for Permits
- $500 for Fuel/Road Tax ($125 due at Lease Signing, $125 from each of first three settlement checks)
Driver Training Program
- Driving School Graduate
- Clean Driving Record
- 4-6 weeks Training with Qualified Trainer
