Minimum Driver Requirements
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- No more than 2 violations in three years
- No major DOT accidents in 5 years
- Must have valid Class A CDL
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable tractor/trailer experience within the last 5 years
- Must have no DUI convictions within the past 5 years
- Must Pass D.O.T. Pre-Employment Physical and Drug Screen
- Must pass training / orientation requirements, including a road test

- 75% of the linehaul

Minimum Driver Requirements

- Truck ideally no more than 10 years old
- Must have bobtail, physical and occupational accidental insurance ( you may also get through us)
- Copy of 2290, title/ application of title
- Must be at least 23 years of age

- Voided Check for Direct Deposit Routing Numbers
- Social Security Numbers and Birth Dates for Insurance Forms (Need Dependent Information for Medical Insurance and/or Beneficiary Information for Life Insurance)
- W-4 Tax Information (How Many are You Withholding For?)
